Mark Gunther

Mark Gunther currently serves as Vice President and Regional Security Manager at BlackRock, overseeing the corporate security program for the Americas-East and Canada. Mark has extensive experience in security management, leading site security initiatives and coordinating with outsourced vendors. Prior to BlackRock, Mark served as an Army Officer in the US Army for 25 years, where responsibilities included leading, training, and mentoring Soldiers during both peacetime and combat operations across various theaters. Mark holds an MBA in Leadership and Management from Webster University and a Master's degree in History from Campbell University, along with an education from the Army Command and General Staff College.
