Morgan Ingber

Morgan Ingber is the Vice President, HR Business Partner at BlackRock, a position they have held since 2022. Prior to this role, Morgan worked at Lazard as an Associate in Talent Development, where they led global performance management initiatives and collaborated with vendors to enhance system processes. They also served as a Talent Development Coordinator at PNC, managing the annual performance cycle and providing analytical support to HR executives. Morgan began their career with internships in Human Resources at Verizon and Bank of America Merrill Lynch. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Capital Management, along with minors in Psychology and International Business, from Penn State University, graduating cum laude in 2017.
