Maren Berge

Maren Berge has a diverse work experience spanning over 18 years. Maren currently holds the position of Vice President Recruiting, Strategy & Programs at Pretium since April 2022. From 2016 to 2022, they worked at Johnson & Johnson, where they held various roles including Senior HR Leader, Talent Acquisition Academy, Senior HR Leader, North America University Talent Acquisition, and University Relations & Recruiting Manager. Prior to that, they worked at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from 2013 to 2016 as Vice President, Campus Recruiting Manager, and Lead Recruiter, Corporate Development Programs. Maren also served as the Human Resources Manager at MIK Fund Services in 2012. Maren gained experience in career management at the Wisconsin School of Business from 2010 to 2012. Additionally, they worked as an MBA Intern in the Human Resource Leadership Development Program at Merck in 2011. Earlier in their career, Maren held positions at Merrill Lynch as a Campus Recruiting Coordinator & Junior Recruiter from 2007 to 2009, and at Brown Brothers Harriman as a Global Training & Development Coordinator in the Human Resources department from 2005 to 2007. Maren started their career as a Junior Account Executive at Mfa in 2004.

Maren Berge obtained an MBA in Strategic Human Resource Management from the Wisconsin School of Business, where they studied from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they earned a BA in Journalism and Mass Communication from the University of St. Thomas, where they studied from 2000 to 2004.
