Praveen Nallasamy

Praveen Nallasamy is an accomplished cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Director of Global Red Team & Product Security and Vice President of Cybersecurity at BlackRock since July 2019, Praveen also contributes to the EC-Council's Global Cyber Security Advisory Board and leads the OWASP NYC Chapter. Prior roles include Associate Director and Senior Manager at Protiviti, where expertise was honed in cybersecurity and incident response. Praveen's career began as a Technical Analyst at Cognizant, followed by positions at CommVault and Ernst & Young. Education includes a Master’s degree in Information Security from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering from Anna University Chennai.
