Puren Akcali Tekin

Puren Akcali Tekin is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in performance management and analysis. Currently serving as a Performance Manager and formerly as a Senior Performance Analyst at BlackRock since February 2021, Puren has built a strong foundation in investment operations, having previously worked as a Performance Analyst and Investment Operations Analyst at Aperio Group, LLC from February 2018 to January 2021. Early career roles included Operations, Compliance, Client Support, Accounting, and Audit at Mathematica Capital Management, LLC, where responsibilities included managing the booking and reporting of a high volume of trades. Additional experience includes a summer internship at Lenders for Community Development, a senior analyst position at the Department of Treasury in Turkey, and initial work at the Australian Embassy. Puren holds an MBA with an emphasis in Finance and Accounting from the University of California, Berkeley, and a BS in Management from Bilkent University.
