Caitlin Mahoney

Caitlin Mahoney has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Caitlin recently served as the Chief of Staff at Citadel Securities, where they played a key role in implementing talent strategies and driving high priority initiatives. Prior to that, they worked at WeWork as the Director of People M&A, where they built a team responsible for HR due diligence and post-merger integration. Caitlin also has experience at Deloitte Consulting, where they focused on organization transformation and talent components of mergers and acquisitions. Additionally, Caitlin Mahoney has an MBA from Columbia Business School and has worked at American Express as a Product Manager and at Deloitte as a Senior Consultant, specializing in compensation design and analysis.

Caitlin Mahoney completed their education with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing from the University of Notre Dame, which they pursued from 2003 to 2007. After gaining their undergraduate degree, they went on to attend the Columbia Business School, where they received a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) between 2012 and 2014.
