Rikdeep Lit, CFA, FRM, is a seasoned investment professional with over 15 years of experience in multi-asset and pension investment. Currently, they serve as the Director of EMEA Pensions, Multi-Asset Strategies and Solutions at BlackRock, leading Chief Investment Officer for various UK and European pension schemes while managing business development and client relationships. Previously, they held various roles at BlackRock and Russell Investments, contributing significantly to client strategy and advisory services. Rikdeep is also pursuing a BSc Hons in Economics at The London School of Economics and Political Science.
