Sean Houston

Sean Houston is an experienced finance professional with over a decade of leadership at BlackRock, where roles included Managing Director, COO of Private Markets Operations, and Head of the Private Markets Client Platform from August 2012 to February 2025. In these capacities, Sean focused on developing operational strategies, enhancing efficiency through technology and automation, and supporting business growth across Latin America. Prior experience includes managing operational models for Global Accounting and Product Services and strategic alignment in Technology and Operations. Sean holds an M.B.A. in Finance and Financial Management Services from Rutgers University and a B.S. in Business/Managerial Economics from Virginia Tech.
