Stephanie Smith

Stephanie Smith has extensive experience in business management and human resources, currently serving on the Aladdin Engineering COO Team at BlackRock since July 2019. In addition to business management, Stephanie has held roles in early careers operations and talent acquisition operations, focusing on campus recruiting and candidate experience. Prior to BlackRock, Stephanie gained valuable experience as a Human Resources Intern at Grant Thornton LLP and as an intern at Overseas Military Sales Corporation. Stephanie earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from Marist University and attended Istituto Lorenzo de'​ Medici in 2017. Early education was completed at Kellenberg Memorial High School.
