Nathan Doughty

Nathan Doughty is an experienced fabrication workshop manager currently employed at Blackrow Group since June 2018. Prior experience includes roles such as site supervisor at Allied Protek and sheet metal worker/chargehand at 4Matic Design & Manufacture Ltd. Nathan's earlier positions include workshop manager at Bibby Offshore and deck foreman aboard the CSV Olympic Ares, along with a significant tenure as assistant deck foreman on the Seven Borealis for Subsea 7, where involvement included deep water construction projects. Nathan's career began in 1989, working as a welder/fabricator across various fabrication companies, culminating in self-employment as a sheet metal worker from 2005 to 2008. Education was obtained from Grimsby College and Humberston Comprehensive.
