Amy Laws currently serves as the Director of Contracts at BlackSea Technologies since January 2024. Previously, Amy held the position of Contracts and Finance Manager at Live Earth from October 2013 to December 2023, where responsibilities included contract management, compliance risk advisement, financial analysis, and support for sales planning. Prior to that, Amy worked as a Contracts Manager at Sotera Defense Solutions, Inc. and MillenWorks, overseeing contract negotiations and processes. Amy's career began as a Contracts Administrator at Overwatch Systems Tactical Operations, focusing on subcontract management and compliance metrics. Amy holds an MBA from Texas State University, a BA in English from UCLA, and an Applied Accounting Certificate from the University of California, Irvine.
