Kenneth Thompson

Kenneth Thompson is an experienced supply chain management professional currently serving as the Director of Supply Chain Management at BlackSky since May 2025. Prior to this role, Kenneth held various senior positions at Blue Origin, including Senior Manager of Material Planning and Senior Manager of Supply Chain Planning, from October 2021 to May 2025. Previous experience includes managerial roles at Northrop Grumman as Manager of Material Program Management and Senior Principal Material Program Manager, and at Orbital ATK as Material Program Manager and Senior Material Planner. Kenneth began the career as a Production Control Specialist at Raytheon and also gained experience at SpaceX in inventory control. Kenneth holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Grand Canyon University and has additional education in Business Management and Leadership from Santa Monica College.
