Hetal Pandya

Hetal Pandya has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Hetal currently holds the position of Vice President Legal at BlackSoil since April 2020. Prior to that, they served as Assistant Vice President Legal at BlackSoil from April 2020 to March 2022. Before joining BlackSoil, Hetal worked as AVP at ASK FINANCIAL HOLDINGS PRIVATE LIMITED from September 2018 to April 2020. Hetal also served as a Company Secretary at Kae Capital from March 2015 to September 2018. Hetal started their career as a Junior Company Secretary at Runwal Group from March 2013 to August 2014. Hetal then worked as a Company Secretary at Shekhavati Investment Corporation Limited from September 2010 to February 2013. Prior to that, they gained experience as a CS Article at Makarand M. Joshi & Co. from March 2009 to June 2010. Hetal initially began their career as an Account Executive at Maasti Leasing & Financing Company Private Limited from June 2006 to February 2008.

Hetal Pandya began their education in 1994 at Jnana Sarita High School, where they completed their S.S.C. In 1999, they enrolled at K. J. Somaiya College of Arts & Commerce and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) in 2004. Hetal then went on to pursue Company Secretary studies at ICSI from 2004 to 2008 and earned the ACS degree. In 2007, Hetal entered VPM's TMC Law College and studied Law (LL.B) until 2010. Additionally, during the same period, they attended Vidya Prasarak Mandals Thane Municipal Council Law College Chendani Bunder Road Thane 400601, where they pursued a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree.
