Prem Jumani

Prem Jumani is a seasoned legal professional and management consultant with extensive experience in corporate law and financial transactions. Currently serving as Management Consultant and Legal Director at OH LLP, Prem specializes in complex cross-border M&A transactions within the MENA region, offering expertise in corporate matters, commercial contracts in the oil and gas sector, and the structuring of entities. Additionally, as Legal Counsel for BlackSoil, Prem provides legal guidance for an Alternative Investment Fund and fintech companies, focusing on fund compliance and investment strategies. Previous roles include Legal Director at THINC, Principal Associate at ALMT Legal, and Senior Associate at Solomon & Co., where Prem managed a variety of corporate and financial transactions.
