Joyce Schmalz is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in software and systems analysis, currently employed at Blackspoke since July 2021. Previously, Joyce served as a DevOps Team Lead at Peraton, and as a Software Development Team Lead at Northrop Grumman, where responsibilities included overseeing full-stack development and CI/CD pipelines. With a career spanning from 1991 in roles at CACI International, HPTi, and various other companies, Joyce has demonstrated expertise in software development, systems engineering, and leadership across numerous projects for defense and commercial applications. Joyce holds both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from The Ohio State University.
