Michelle Delbo

Michelle Delbo has over 20 years of work experience in the sales and recruiting industry. Michelle is currently the Vice President of Sales at Blackstone Talent Group, a position they have held since April 2020. Prior to this, Michelle worked at Blackstone Technology Group for 15 years, starting as a Sr. Account Manager in March 2000 and eventually becoming a Sales Director in January 2015. In this role, they were responsible for managing the full life-cycle sales and recruitment processes, building and leading a team, and nurturing client relationships. Before joining Blackstone Technology Group, Michelle worked at Aerotek as an Account Manager from January 1998 to February 2000 and as a Recruiter from September 1996 to December 1997. At Aerotek, they were responsible for full life-cycle recruitment processes and successfully placing various technical roles.

Michelle Delbo completed their high school education at America High School from 1988 to 1991. Michelle then went on to attend California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Human Development from 1991 to 1996.
