Anurag Gupta

Anurag Gupta is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operational excellence and process improvement across diverse industries. Currently serving as Vice President at Blackstone since June 2022, Anurag previously held senior roles at Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd., where responsibilities included leading IT transformation efforts and managing process automation solutions. Anurag’s background includes significant contributions at Nextera Energy, where leadership of service delivery operations contributed to scaling telecommunications services, and at Enercon India, where the initiation of Lean Six Sigma programs was pivotal for operational efficiency. With a strong foundation in Six Sigma methodologies from roles at NextEra Energy and ADT Security Services, alongside early career experience at Siemens in project marketing and execution, Anurag holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from G.B. Pant Engineering College.
