Kate Rubenstein

Kate Rubenstein is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the finance and private credit sectors. Currently, Kate serves as Managing Director and COO for North America Private Credit at Blackstone, overseeing operations for BCRED and BXSL, as well as leading the Blackstone Private Credit Fund and the Blackstone Secured Lending Fund. Prior experience includes significant roles at GE Capital, where Kate was Senior Vice President in Corporate Retail Finance, managing new business development and providing structured loans to retail businesses. Kate's career began at World Kitchen as an Associate Brand Manager. Educational credentials include an MBA from Cornell University and an A.B. in Classics from Dartmouth College. Additionally, Kate holds a Black Belt in Six Sigma, evidencing a commitment to operational excellence.
