Max Besong

Max Besong, CFA, is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as Managing Director at Blackstone since September 2023. Prior to this role, Max held the position of Head of Global CLO Trading at J.P. Morgan from April 2021 to September 2023. Max’s earlier experience includes serving as Director at Citi from July 2011 to April 2021, and as an Analyst at CastleOak Securities from July 2009 to June 2011. The career began as a FA Associate at UBS Wealth Management between July 2008 and April 2009, and included a Summer Analyst position at Sandler O'Neill in May 2007. Max holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of Arizona's Eller College of Management, earned between 2004 and 2008.
