Noreen McEnaney

Noreen McEnaney serves as the Senior Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Blackstone since June 2021, overseeing global corporate recruitment, sourcing, and recruitment operations. Previously, Noreen held the position of Director of Talent Acquisition at BlackRock from September 2013 to April 2021, where responsibilities included managing all experienced hiring efforts and developing in-house sourcing functions. Additionally, Noreen directed global recruiting strategies within BlackRock’s technology and business operations segments. Noreen’s career also includes significant roles at J.P. Morgan as Executive Director of CIB Campus Recruiting and at Citi in various human resources capacities, as well as earlier positions in recruitment across multiple financial institutions. Noreen holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Manhattan University, earned between 1991 and 1995.
