Susanne Desch

Susanne Desch is the current Principal & CAO of Tactical Opportunities at Blackstone. Prior to this, they were with Merrill Lynch from April 2010 to May 2014 as part of the Private Banking and Investment Group. Her career in finance started at Banc of America Securities where they were part of the Global Markets & Investment Banking from March 2003 to April 2010.

Susanne Desch received their BSBA in Marketing from Western Carolina University and their certification from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) in Series 7.

Susanne Desch works with Christopher James - Senior Managing Director & COO, Tactical Opportunities, Qasim Abbas - Senior Managing Director, Tactical Opportunities, and James Socas - Managing Director, Tactical Opportunities. Their manager is David Blitzer, Global Head of Tactical Opportunities.
