Zach Rubenstein is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in sustainable finance and alternative energy. Currently serving as Managing Director and Principal at Blackstone since May 2021, Zach previously held positions at Bank of America Merrill Lynch as Director in the Global Sustainable Finance Group and Vice President of Cross Asset Strategies & Solutions from April 2016 to May 2021. Earlier roles include Associate in Alternative Energy Finance at Citi and various positions at Altus Power America, LLC and Altus Power Management, LLC, culminating in a Sr. Analyst role. Zach began a career in finance as a Management Assistant Intern at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission and has experience in brand representation at Wiggio. Zach holds a B.A. in Economics and Business from Brandeis University, earned between 2007 and 2011.
