Arie Genkin

Arie Genkin has a strong background in technology and engineering, with over 30 years of experience. Arie most recently served as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at BlackSwan Technologies, starting in November 2019. Prior to that, they held the role of Chief Science Officer at the same company from March 2018 to November 2019.

Before joining BlackSwan Technologies, Arie was the CTO at Elastic Media from December 2015 to March 2018. Arie played a crucial role in leading the technology development and strategy of the company.

Arie's earlier career includes a long tenure at Cisco, where they held several senior leadership positions. From July 2012 to December 2015, they served as the Senior Director of Engineering, managing a cross-regional engineering organization and overseeing the development and deployment of a large-scale product line. From June 1993 to July 2012, they were the Vice President and Division Manager, responsible for a multi-disciplinary product line and leading a cross-regional R&D organization.

Arie's career began at Orbotech, where they worked as a Group Manager from November 1988 to June 1993.

Throughout their career, Arie Genkin has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of technology and engineering.

Arie Genkin holds a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Applied Mathematics and Computer Sciences from MIIT. In addition, Arie has obtained a certification in Deep Learning Specialization from Coursera in February 2018.
