Krzysztof Wróblewski

Krzysztof Wróblewski has a diverse and extensive work experience. Krzysztof started their career at IMPAQ Group in 2007 as a Programmer/Designer, and later took on the role of Senior Programmer/Designer. In 2011, they became the Competence Center Manager and then transitioned to the role of Portals Practice Manager in 2012. In this position, they were responsible for managing portals services for external clients from various sectors. Krzysztof led a team of over 15 Technical and Business Consultants in delivering projects and operations.

In 2014, Wróblewski joined Roche as a Technical Team Leader, where they managed SharePoint and FrontEnd technical teams in the Solution Centre. Krzysztof maintained daily cooperation with vendors and negotiated contracts for global company projects and services. Later, they became the Senior Team Manager of Strategic Outsourcing, managing a large-scale portfolio of outsourced services and a global team of Delivery Managers.

From 2018 to 2020, Wróblewski served as the Head of Delivery Excellence at Roche Global IT Solution Centre. In this role, they led Delivery Excellence, overseeing a team of around 70 employees and 900+ outsourced staff members. Krzysztof was responsible for strategic and operational management, managing global teams in Poland, Malaysia, and Canada.

Currently, Wróblewski is working at BlackSwan Technologies, where they started in 2020 as the Head of Centre of Excellence. Krzysztof is leading the Centre of Excellence for the first Cloud AI Operating System for enterprises called ELEMENT. Krzysztof'sresponsibilities include managing the product catalogue, company offering and collaterals, partners' enablement and certification, joint offerings with partners, and pre-sale and operating frameworks for Customer and Partner AI Digital Transformation Programs. In 2023, they were promoted to the role of VP Centre of Excellence while continuing to fulfill their previous responsibilities.

Krzysztof Wróblewski obtained a Master's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Uniwersytet im. Adama Mickiewicza w Poznaniu. Krzysztof pursued their education in this field from 2002 to 2007.
