IRYNA Stelmakh

Iryna Stelmakh has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. IRYNA currently serves as a Program Manager and Agile Coach at Blackthorn Vision, a position they started in March 2023. Prior to this, Iryna worked as the COO at SubSocial from January 2022 to January 2023, where they were involved in strategic planning, legal activities, and leading company processes, including the setup and implementation of agile transformation activities and HR processes.

From December 2020 to January 2022, Iryna worked at Binariks Inc. as a Senior Information Technology Project Manager. In this role, they managed projects and delivery with a team of over 30 employees, utilized their strong negotiation and conflict management skills, and successfully implemented business projects on time and within budget.

Iryna also served as a Project Manager at Inoxoft from March 2017 to February 2019, where they managed client communication, project delivery, troubleshooting, and team management. Additionally, they held the position of Head of Design Department, where they built and set up department processes and improved workflow according to business needs.

Earlier in their career, Iryna worked as a Personal Assistant to the CEO at Vertalab from September 2014 to December 2016, and as a Personal Assistant of the Editor in Chief at SoftSolution Bela Mediagroup in Germany from December 2012 to April 2014.

IRYNA also gained experience in the political field as the Deputy Head of the election campaign for Mr. Andrey Lopushanskyi's Election Company from June 2013 to October 2013.

Iryna started their career as an Art Production Manager at Royal Hospitality Group in December 2012.

IRYNA Stelmakh's education history begins in 2006, when they enrolled at Lviv Polytechnic National University and obtained a Bachelor's degree with honors in Documentation and Information in 2010. IRYNA continued their studies at the same university and completed a Master's degree with honors in Consolidated Information from 2010 to 2012.

In 2018, IRYNA Stemakh attended Kyiv Gestalt University, where they achieved a 1st Level accomplishment in Psychology, completing their studies in 2020.

In addition to their formal education, IRYNA Stelmakh has also obtained several certifications. These include the ICAgile Certified Professional - Agile Coaching and ICAgile Certified Professional - Agile Project and Delivery Management, both obtained in 2023 from ICAgile. IRYNA also holds the SCRUM MASTER Accredited Certification and SCRUM PRODUCT OWNER Accredited Certification, which were obtained in 2020 from the International Scrum Institute™.

Furthermore, IRYNA Stelmakh has acquired various certifications from online platforms and institutions. These include the Azure DevOps First Look, Learning Azure DevOps, Programming Foundations: Software Testing/QA, Software Testing Foundations: Test Management, and What is Data Science?, all obtained in 2020 from LinkedIn and Coursera. In 2019, they obtained the PM Excellence certification from LITS [Lviv IT School]. Earlier, in 2016, they received the Model Thinking certification from Coursera Course Certificates.
