Khrystyna Andres is a seasoned design professional currently serving as the Head of Design at Blackthorn Vision since June 2018, where responsibilities include developing design strategies, analyzing existing challenges, and enhancing UX maturity across the organization. Previous roles include Lead UX/UI Designer and UX/UI Designer, focused on managing design processes, establishing design systems, and creating user interfaces that align with branding and user experience goals. Prior to Blackthorn Vision, Khrystyna worked as a freelance UI/UX Designer and as a UI/UX Web Designer at Lionwood.software. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Architecture in Landscape Architecture from the Ukrainian National Forestry University and studies at the Lviv Institute of Internal Affairs.
