Akriti Arora

Akriti Arora has a diverse work experience starting in 2016 with Accenture as a Mortgage Analyst. Akriti then joined the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control Gover in 2018, where they served as a Licensing Representative and later as an Analyst. In 2021, they joined the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control as a Licensing Specialist. Currently, they are working at Blackthorn.io as a Salesforce Support Engineer, a position they started in January 2023.

Akriti Arora completed their Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature at Delhi University from 2011 to 2014. Akriti then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Maharishi Dayand University, graduating in 2015. Akriti Arora also obtained several certifications from Salesforce, including Salesforce Certified Associate in April 2023, Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant in October 2022, and Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) in August 2022.
