Johnny Situ

Johnny Situ has over 10 years of work experience. In 2009, they began as a Graduate Assistant at the Business Administration Department in University of North Carolina at Greensboro, where they researched and collected data on global businesses and revised and rearranged references into consistent format in papers and books written by the professor. In 2010, they moved to Han Feng Global Inc. as a Web Developer & Graphics Designer, where they redesigned and developed the corporate website with standard-compliant HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, focusing on desktop, cross-browser compatibility. In 2012, they joined Brave Digital as a Front End Web Developer, where they developed, implemented, and maintained a social media site for WebKit-based web browsers. In 2013, they became a Senior UI/UX Engineer at Cox Automotive Inc., where they were responsible for front-end architecture and engineering for Xtime’s enterprise multiple-point inspection web application. In 2017, they began working at blackthorn.io, Inc. as a Senior Software Engineer. In 2018, they founded DealCrunch, where they helped thousands of real estate investors succeed at all levels. In 2020, they moved to True Stone Capital as a Managing Partner, where they were focused on delivering sustainable distributions and growth in total return to investors. Finally, in 2021, they began working at Synergy Capital as a Managing Principal.

Johnny Situ obtained a Bachelor of Science in Logistics Management from Guangzhou University in 2009, and a Master of Science in Information Technology and Management from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in 2011.
