Kathy Umanzor has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. In 2014, they worked as an HR Learning and Development Intern at CIT, where they created a marketing strategy for employee training programs and restructured the Learning & Development intranet site. From 2016 to 2019, they were a Marketing Specialist at the Union Township Community Action Organization, where they executed web marketing campaigns and designed marketing tools. Kathy also worked as a Human Resources Administrative & Executive Assistant at the same organization from 2013 to 2017, where they reviewed resumes, conducted interviews, and managed onboarding procedures. Kathy then served as a North American Language and Culture Teacher at the Ministerio de Educación y Formación Profesional from 2017 to 2022, where they developed language immersion lessons and collaborated with fellow educators. In 2021, Kathy joined Talent Stacker's Salesforce Career Development Program as a Salesforce Certified Program Member, leading meetings to review requirements, configuring data integration, and prioritizing security. Presently, they are a Salesforce Customer Support Engineer at Blackthorn.io, utilizing their Salesforce expertise to provide customer support.
Kathy Umanzor received their Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Rutgers University, where they studied from 2011 to 2015.
