Lesley Boyd

Lesley Boyd has been in the tech industry for over 16 years. In 2004, they began their career at PepsiCo - Frito Lay as a Supply Chain/ Operations employee, then a SAP Solution Analyst, and then again as a Supply Chain/ Operations employee. In 2014, they moved to Bridgestone, where they held the roles of Consumer Tire Education Specialist and Business Analyst/ Salesforce.com Admin. In 2018, they attended Nashville Software School, where they became a Software Developer. After graduating, they joined Accenture as an Application Development Senior Analyst, certified as a Salesforce Admin and App Builder. Currently, Lesley is a Scrum Master, QA Lead, and Quality Assurance Engineer at Blackthorn.io, where they lead a team of QA professionals, tests current products, and identifies deficiencies to improve customer satisfaction.

Lesley Boyd has a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Recording Arts Technology/Technician from Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) which they obtained from 2002 to 2005. Lesley also has a number of certifications, including Testim AI Certification from Testim.io (2021), Cypress: Web Automation Testing from Zero to Hero and End to End automation testing with Cypress from Udemy (2021), Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder Certification from Salesforce (2019), Giving Great Customer Service from ZingTrain (Zingerman's Training, Inc.) (2018), Commumicate to Influence from Decker Communications (2017), Salesforce Certified Administrator from Salesforce (2017), Salesforce Admin Essentials for New Admins (ADM-201) (2016), and Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) from Scrum Alliance (2022). Additionally, they have a Full Stack Web Development certification from Nashville Software School from 2018 to 2019.
