Fedale Roofing and Siding and Senior Human Resources Consultant at B+H Insurance from March 2019 to September 2021. Anika's expertise also includes consulting as a Human Resources Consultant, recruiting for the Jewish Federation of Greater Washington, and managing HR functions at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital and Petco. Anika's career in human resources began at Merrill Lynch, progressing from Human Resources Administrator to Employee Relations Senior Specialist. Anika earned a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from the University of Delaware between 2000 and 2004.
