Moira McFarlin

Moira McFarlin is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in talent management and organizational development. Currently serving as a Human Resources Advisor at Blackwell HR since May 2025, Moira leads the HR as a Service (HRaaS) Membership experience, enhancing service offerings for clients and partners. Previously, at Lincoln Financial Group from August 2008 to August 2024, Moira held various roles including AVP of Talent Mobility and Senior Talent Consultant, where accomplishments included launching the enterprise Learning Management System, developing a comprehensive Career Framework, and implementing programs to strengthen talent development and organizational branding.
