Emily Shipman

Emily Shipman currently serves as Vice President of Enterprise Cybersecurity Products at Mastercard and is a Startup Advisor at Blackwell Security, Inc. Prior experience includes holding the position of VP of Product at Blue Lava, Inc., where a strategic pivot in product direction was successfully executed. Throughout a notable career at RSA Security, Emily has led various teams in product management roles, contributing to the launch of new GRC products, including environmental, social, and governance (ESG) solutions. Additional roles at RiskRecon and Archer Integrated Risk Management focused on building product teams and enhancing technical delivery. Emily holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Kansas.
