Chris Tugwell

Chris Tugwell currently serves as Principal at Blackwood Group, a firm dedicated to optimizing client performance through strategic human capital decisions, a role held since January 2023. Prior to this position, Chris held various senior roles at Drax Executive from May 2007 to December 2022, including Director of the Business Services Practice, Head of Research & Talent, and Chief Operating Officer, among others. Chris earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economic and Social History from the University of Liverpool, completing studies there from 1999 to 2002, and attended Boston Spa School from 1992 to 1999.
