Lucia Ruck Keene

Lucia Ruck Keene is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in investment advisory and governance. Currently serving as Principal in Public & Private Markets at Blackwood since February 2018, Lucia advises investment organizations on their capabilities across various asset classes, specializing in ESG and Responsible Investment while holding the CFA Level 4 certificate in ESG Investing. As Co-Founder and Non-Executive Director of TROY London since October 2014, Lucia contributes to the strategic direction of the company. Previously, at Kinnevik AB from February 2014 to January 2018, Lucia held the position of Associate Director, providing strategic advisory and due diligence services across diverse sectors. Earlier roles include Associate Director at G3 Good Governance Group, where Lucia focused on risk analysis and corporate social responsibility in Sub-Saharan Africa, and Senior Analyst at ADC Forum. Lucia obtained a BA in English Literature from The University of Edinburgh and is furthering education in Finance for Non-Financial Managers at Cass Business School.
