Shanice Cash

Shanice Cash is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various roles, currently serving as Human Resources Manager at BLACKWOOD since July 2019. Prior to this position, Shanice spent nearly nine years at Nordstrom in multiple roles, including Store Administrative Assistant & HR Support and Men’s/Kids Department Assistant Manager, where responsibilities included customer service management and training new associates. Shanice's earlier positions include Group Leader at Durham County Public Schools, where innovative lesson plans were developed for elementary students, and a Summer Intern position at the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority focused on operations and budget tasks. Shanice's career also includes internships that provided administrative support and documentation management. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management with a concentration in Finance from North Carolina Central University, earned in 2011.
