Vanessa Zegarra Roldán

Vanessa Zegarra Roldán has worked in various roles and companies throughout their career. Vanessa'smost recent position as VP at Banco Latinoamericano de Comercio Exterior S.A. began in March 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Global Debt Financing-Sr. Associate at Banco Santander Peru from August 2021 to February 2023. From October 2018 to August 2021, they served as a Corporate Finance Analyst at Itaú Chile. Vanessa also worked as a Corporate Credit Analyst at Itaú BBA from December 2015 to September 2018. Before that, they had a role as a Business Analyst at Banco de Crédito BCP from July 2014 to November 2015. Vanessa also gained experience through internships at Ferreyros S.A., Fxprimus Peru, and Macroconsult in various roles related to control management, corporate risks, market analysis, and regulation.

Vanessa Zegarra Roldán completed their undergraduate education at Universidad de Lima where they obtained a Licenciada en Economía degree with a specialization in Finanzas, general. This took place from 2009 to 2014. In 2021, they attended Pacífico Business School for a Specialization Program in Corporate Finance. Moreover, in 2014, Vanessa also completed a Banking Specialization Program at Pacífico Business School.

Additionally, Vanessa has acquired multiple certifications to further enhance their education. In September 2022, they received the Santander Women Scholarship | Emerging Leaders Programme from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). In March 2022, they obtained a certification in Fintech: Foundations & Applications of Financial Technology from The Wharton School. Lastly, in May 2020, they earned a certification in Financial Markets (with Honors) from Yale University.
