Carlos Serrate has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Carlos started their career in 2012 as a Marketing & DirCom Assistant at El Palace Hotel Barcelona 5* GL, where they handled various tasks including mailing commercial, database organization, event organization, and guest relations. Carlos then worked as a DirCom Assistant at Orden Hospitalaria San Juan de Dios (OHSJD), where they engaged in activities such as commercial mailing, database creation, and organization, as well as social media monitoring. In 2013, they also served as a Sales Supervisor at Antony Morato, overseeing stock control, sales, and team management. From 2017 to 2020, they worked as a Junior Consultant & DirCom Assistant at LA LÓGICA, where they conducted competitor analysis, organized events, and implemented sampling strategies. Carlos joined BLAINE in 2020 and held various positions, including SDR, Team Lead SDR, Manager SDR, and currently serves as the Head of Subscription & Retention.
Carlos Serrate completed their Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Public Relations, and Marketing from Blanquerna - Universitat Ramon Llull between the years 2009 and 2014. During this period, they gained knowledge and skills in areas such as strategy, client relations, marketing, and sales. In 2017, Carlos attended a short course on Digital Marketing called "Google pour les pros." This course focused on online marketing, online strategy, and online sales. The duration of this course was limited to one year.
