Dennis Carrie

Dennis Carrie has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Dennis most recently worked as the VP of Supply Chain & Demand Planning at Blain's Farm & Fleet, where they were responsible for optimizing product costs and driving item-level demand forecasts. Prior to that, they held the role of Director of FP&A at the same company, leading a team of financial analysts and partnering with senior leaders in different departments.

Before joining Blain's Farm & Fleet, Dennis worked at Sears Holdings Corporation, starting as a Director of Finance and later taking on roles as Divisional Merchandising Manager (DMM) for the Automotive and Home Appliances divisions. In these roles, they oversaw multi-million dollar product categories, managed vendor relationships, and led strategic initiatives to drive revenue and profitability.

Earlier in their career, Dennis held various finance and planning positions at Utilities Inc., Chicago Transit Authority, and United Airlines. At United Airlines, they served in roles such as Business Manager O'Hare and Manager of Strategic Planning & Forecasting for the Flight Attendant Division, where they were responsible for financial management, workforce planning, and operational optimization.
