Jen Barber

Jen Barber has extensive experience in program management and IT leadership, currently serving as the Director of ERP and ISV Program Management at Blain's Farm & Fleet. Previously, Jen held the position of Director of IT PMO at KinderCare Learning Companies, and worked at Tate & Lyle as both Manager of the IT Delivery Center of Excellence and Senior Project Manager for ISIT. Additionally, Jen served in various roles at U.S. Cellular, including Sr. Manager for Enterprise Test & Quality Assurance and Manager of the Enterprise Portfolio Management UAT Team. Jen holds a Master of Science in Management Information Systems and a Bachelor of Science in Operations Management and Information Systems, both from Northern Illinois University.
