Kalen Sternquist

Kalen Sternquist has extensive experience in supply chain management and operations, currently serving as the ERP Function Lead and Change Management Specialist at Blain's Farm & Fleet since April 2018, where involvement includes representation on the ERP implementation core team and additional responsibilities as Change Specialist. Prior roles include Operations Support Manager, Supply Chain Analyst, and WMS Coordinator. Kalen's background also features a Sales Representative position at Advanced Presentation Systems, focusing on audio-visual solutions for the University of New Mexico, and various logistics roles at Target, including Supervisor and Logistics Analyst, managing vendor freight and leading consolidation transitions. Earlier experience includes a Traffic Specialist position at Placon Corporation. Kalen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
