Whitney Bardeleben

Whitney Bardeleben, MBA, has a diverse background in talent acquisition and recruitment. Whitney is currently working as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Blain's Farm & Fleet (Blain Supply, Inc.), where they started in March 2022. Prior to this, from January 2021 to February 2022, they served as the Talent Acquisition Manager for Supply Chain and Logistics at Ace Hardware Corporation.
