Molly Richter

Molly Richter, MBA, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Director of Talent Management for the Academic Medical Centers Development Office at Mass General Brigham since September 2025. Prior to this role, Molly held various positions at Massachusetts General Hospital, including Director of Development, Talent Management, and Associate Director, Talent Management. Molly's earlier experience at Mass General Brigham involved serving as Assistant Director of Talent Acquisition. Additional roles include Director of Development at William James College, Development Manager at United South End Settlements, Development Associate (MBA Intern) at The Library Foundation of Kanawha County, Inc., and Marketing and Community Relations Associate at the American Dance Festival. Molly earned an MBA in Public and Nonprofit Management from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University and a BA in Economics from New York University.
