Pam Keim has over three decades of experience in the insurance claims industry, currently serving as the Liability Claims Manager at Blair & Company since July 2014, where responsibilities include supervising claims examiners and overseeing the hiring and training processes. Prior roles encompass Supervising Claims Examiner and Claims Examiner positions focused on construction defect and general liability claims across various regions. Pam's extensive background includes significant positions at Raphael & Associates, Philadelphia Insurance Companies, North American Risk Services, Protegrity Services, and Gallagher Bassett, where a wide array of claims, including commercial automobile and liability cases, were managed. Pam holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania.
