Catherine Greven

Catherine Greven is an experienced corporate services manager and paralegal, currently serving as the Manager of Corporate Services at Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP since May 2022, following a prior role as Corporate Paralegal at the same firm from June 2011 to November 2020. Catherine has also held the position of Senior Corporate Paralegal at WSP from November 2020 to May 2022 and gained initial experience as an intern at NBL Legal Inc. in early 2011. Catherine's expertise includes conducting global corporate searches, managing corporate filings, coordinating with tax authorities, maintaining corporate records, and assisting in the preparation of legal documents for various corporate transactions. Catherine holds a DEC in Paralegal Technologies from O'Sullivan College of Montreal, completed in 2011, and attended Champlain College from 2005 to 2008.
