Aditya Barbadikar is a highly experienced QA Automation Lead with a robust background in automation testing across various financial institutions. Currently leading a team of 14 automation engineers at Blanc Labs for Equitable Bank, Aditya has previously developed Java Selenium automation frameworks at Manulife and coordinated global testing efforts at Capgemini for clients such as HSBC and RBC. With over a decade of experience, including significant roles at Accenture, Aditya has honed expertise in creating test strategies, frameworks, and managing teams while ensuring high-quality software delivery. Aditya holds dual Bachelor's degrees in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and Electronics from Nagpur University and Kavikulguru Institute Of Technology And Science, respectively.
