Christie Grays Chambers, MBA, serves as the Vice President at Blanca Commercial Real Estate, leading the Healthcare Practice and Culture & Inclusion initiatives since March 2021. As the President of I Am CHIC, Christie has established a lifestyle consulting firm focused on enhancing personal image and confidence. Previous roles include Director of Community Relations and Director of Culture & Inclusion at Baptist Health South Florida, as well as Vice President of Business Development at ApolloMD. Christie’s career began at Cushman & Wakefield, progressing through various leasing and business development positions at prominent firms, demonstrating a strong background in commercial real estate and community engagement. Christie holds an MBA from Alliance Manchester Business School and a BA in English from Spelman College.
