Nicole Kaiser

Nicole Kaiser is an Associate Vice President at Blanca Commercial Real Estate since June 2018, overseeing the collection and implementation of Miami-Dade's office market data, which includes comprehensive market analysis and forecasting. Prior to this role, Nicole held positions as a Key Holder and Top Performing Retail Sales Associate and Marketing and Social Media Manager at Monkee's Franchising LLC, where efforts focused on enhancing sales performance and brand presence. Additionally, Nicole completed internships in commercial real estate at Cape Fear Commercial and Lincoln Property Company, contributing to market research and client interactions. A graduate of the University of North Carolina Wilmington with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and a concentration in Finance, Nicole is also currently pursuing education at KEDGE Business School.
