Brent Bystedt

Brent Bystedt is a Consulting Partner at Blanchard, where Brent has been employed since August 2007. In recent roles, Brent served as Operations Leader for the Professional Services department from May 2022 to December 2023, and as Virtual Practice Leader from June 2019 to May 2022, focusing on the development of virtual facilitators. Prior experience includes positions at Adventure Associates, Inc. from February 2005 to July 2015 and at Positive Adventures from August 2010 to May 2015, where Brent facilitated corporate team-building experiences. Additionally, Brent was the Lead Challenge Course Facilitator at the University of California, San Diego, from October 2004 to March 2015, conducting adventure-based programs to enhance teamwork and communication. Brent holds a Bachelor of Science in Parks & Recreation Management with an emphasis on Outdoor Education & Leadership from Northern Arizona University, obtained between 1999 and 2001.
