Doug Trainor

Doug Trainor is a seasoned leadership development professional with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as Co-Owner at Leadership Vanguard since 2011, a veteran-owned business that enhances organizational effectiveness through leadership capability building, Doug also holds the position of Senior Consulting Partner at Blanchard. Prior to these roles, Doug was a Director Team Leader at Pfizer Inc from 1993 to June 2010, overseeing a team responsible for global leadership and management development while managing a substantial budget. Doug's earlier experience includes sales training management and leadership roles in the US Army's 25th Infantry Division. Education includes a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point and leadership development certificates from Harvard Kennedy School and Teachers College, Columbia University.
